This is “The ultimate Destination for the hippies”. Kasol is a small place located in the heart of Himachal Pradesh in India. The Himalayas bring the peace and tranquillity that can not be justified with any other place in the world. A huge number of Israelis come to visit this place during the season and never go back.

In Christiania, cannabis shops operate 24 hours a day and sell 30–40 types of hashish. What more does the hippies want? This town is full of art galleries, restaurants, cafés, and historic buildings. Also, people live in boats and glass houses made of recycled windows. Pretty cool! Isn’t it?
Christiania which is also often referred to as Freetown Christiania has Cool graffiti on walls and gritty edges on every street. Upon entering the town, you pass a sign that says “You Are Now Leaving the European Union.”
5. Goa, India

Goa is the ultimate Hippie place to be around. It is a small state in India but a beautiful destination for raves and parties. It acquires the Portuguese culture even after 69 years of Indian Independence. The beaches and cafes there make it a peaceful place to chill for the hippies and the youngsters across the world.
The evening street markets, hippies selling their handmade jewellery by the sea shore and playing music around the camp fire by the beach makes the place look like a hippie land. The Backpackers hostels & home stays are cheap in Goa which is also why it became the hippie hub of India.
6. Kathmandu, Nepal

This is the place to go if you are looking for peace and spiritualism. The music and marijuana in abundance makes this place hippie favorite. The snow clad peaks from Kathmandu to the Great Himalayas make the place so beautiful it looks like heaven on Earth.
7. Panajachel, Guatemala

While you take a walk on the streets of Panajachel, Guatemala you become a hippie yourself if you are not because of the big marketplaces, mostly local markets, which deals with items that only has an inner Hippie touch. This city is draped with the essence of the Hippie culture.

8. Negril, Jamaica

A seven-mile stretch of white sand beach on the western tip of Jamaica, was cut off from the rest of the island by bad roads and a large swamp. While the hippie travelers from the US found this place and made it their little paradise.
